Inspired by the rounded, gourd-shaped tribal drums found throughout Africa, this side table has a silhouette that is voluptuous and curvy. It’s crafted from blackened wood, which is first sandblasted to give it an intense, charred wood finish that you can really see and feel. The top has an added brushed texture that is so unique, and the overall slightly glossy look comes from the final wax coat that’s added to give it modern polish.
